Shipping Information and Policies:

All shipments will require a signature at time of delivery. All Shipments will have insurance from the delivering company.

Shipping costs are directly related to the weight, size of the package and ship to location. Shipping cost can be calculated by adding product to the cart, the Shipping Calculator will be displayed below the order window. Please choose state, zip code and shipping method, click apply and the cost will be displayed below the subtotal in the order window.

Small to Medium size packages are shipped by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Orders up to 200 Lbs. in multiple packages. Delivered to your door. Example: Smaller Pub table sets, Lazy Susans, etc...

Large packages and orders are shipped by common carrier, freight lines. Example: Some small and all large Pub table sets, Dining sets, servers, etc...

Standard Curbside Delivery Service: Residential : Shipper will deliver your order curbside. Shipper will remove all packages from the truck, less than 100Lbs, and place curbside for the customer. Packages weighing more than 100 Lbs, will REQUIRE the customers help or a lift gate addition.

Delivery Additions, Lift gate and Inside Delivery
Lift Gate Delivery: Shipper will remove product from truck with help of a Lift Gate. Customer will then be responsible for handling of their order. Large heavy weight items will be shipped with "Free" Lift Gate service. This will be stated in the description of the product page, listed as "Heavy Weight Item".

Inside delivery: This service includes in home delivery, to the first available room on the ground floor. Delivery to the second floor or above will incur additional charges at time of delivery. Large numbers of steps, long driveways and / or staircases could also incur additional charges at time of delivery. Some products will include "free" inside delivery per the conditions above. This will be stated in the description of the product page, listed as ". Inside delivery is Not available on small to medium orders shipped by FedEx or UPS. Inside delivery not available in all areas.

Setup and Assembly: Shippers Do Not setup or assemble any products. Shipper will not unpack any items, unless damage is suspected. Shipper will not remove or dispose of, any packing, boxes, pallets or other material associated with your order. Tables will require mostly minor assembly. Shipping Time: Small to Medium orders take 1 - 3 business days for preparation, Average shipping time is 3 - 9 business days. Large Orders take 2 - 3 business days for preparation. Average shipping time is 5 - 9 business days.

Shipping Address Error's: Please make sure shipping address is correct. Customer is responsible for providing this information.
All Shipments: FedEx, UPS and Freight carriers will not change ship to addresses after shipment has been delivered to them. The shipment must be cancelled. It will be returned to us for reshipping. This will incur additional S&H charges, equal to the shipping cost to the corrected address and the original shipment cost of the incorrect address. If order is cancelled, after shipment, due to incorrect shipping address being provided, customer will be responsible for original shipping cost.

Returned orders: Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a 25% restocking fee. If the order is reshipped, customer will be responsible all reshipping charges.
Custom orders and special orders can not be returned.

Shipment Tracking. After your order has shipped, you will receive a email with tracking numbers(s) and information on how to track your order.

Incomplete shipments. All missing packages should be noted on the Bill of Lading. A claim will be filled for the shortage.

Damaged Orders. If you receive or suspect damaged products in your shipment, please have the driver open the package for inspection. If damage is visible, you have the option of accepting or refusing the shipment or product.

If you accept the shipment. Please note on the shippers receipt which pieces are damaged. We will help you file the claim with the shipper for replacement.

If you refuse the shipment. Please make sure the driver note's the pieces you have refused and why on the receipt. A determination will be made once we receive the product back. If it was damaged by the shipper, We will file the claim with the shipper and send you a replacement at no charge.

Claims. Claims are usually handled within 7 – 21 business days from the original date of delivery. Some claims may take longer. You agree not to hold Rooms Delivered responsible for any time delays beyond our control. Damage claims for custom orders and special orders are only redeemable through the shipper's provided insurance. You agree that you will not hold Rooms Delivered responsible for any claims, due to shipping damage. Returns and refunds are not available when shipping damage has occurred. You agree that credit card charge backs, will not be claimed against Rooms Delivered for damaged shipments. You agree that all claims for damage will be the sole responsibility of the shipping company.

While using the best shipping companies available to us, some damage occasionally does occur. Our shippers are all committed to quality shipping and delivering your orders safely.
