How To Return A Product:
Before returning any product, please send your request by using the
Contact Us link found in the top right corner of every webpage for a RMA number. Fill in the forms with as much information as possible and describe the reason for return.
We will acknowledge your return request within 2 business days of receipt. After receiving your RMA number, Repack product with all accessories in its original packing and secure the package with shipping tape. Do Not use Duct tape or Scotch tape. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Items without a RMA number clearly written on packaging will be refused.
Product must be shipped within 5 business days of receipt of RMA number. For your protection, use a shipper that provides a way to track your package. Full Insurance is required on all returned shipments. Buyer pays for all shipping and insurance associated with return of any product.
Once product has been received and inspected, a refund for the purchase price, including shipping and handling fee, if any, will occur within 3 business days.
