Ever wanted a Green Fireplace? Their showing up more and more at retailers around the world. Green fireplaces use green products for combustible sources. One new product is the plywood fireplace.

Ventless fireplaces are catching on with homeowners, seen as environmentally friendly ways to spot-warm rooms without firing up the furnace.

A plywood and leather version, the EcoSmart Zeta, was designed by John Dimopoulos, director of Geoform, Design & Architects Firm in Sydney, Australia. It features a stainless steel liner and sits on a stainless steel swivel base.
